We are seeking a driven and professional Commercial Sales Representative to develop new business within an assigned territory. You will work directly with business owners, property managers, facility leaders, hospitality operators, healthcare organizations, food-service businesses, warehouses, and other commercial decision-makers. This is not simply a transactional sales position. It is a consultative B2B opportunity for someone who can identify customer risks, develop tailored solutions, and build lasting commercial relationships. What You Will Do Develop new commercial business within an assigned territory Identify and pursue qualified prospects through field activity, referrals, networking, strategic account development, and outbound prospecting Build, manage, and advance a disciplined sales pipeline Conduct professional interior and exterior property inspections Identify customer needs, operational risks, and service requirements Develop and present customized commercial pest-management solutions Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business Build long-term relationships with business owners and commercial decision-makers Maintain accurate prospecting, proposal, sales, and follow-up activity within the company CRM Collaborate with service and operational teams to ensure a professional transition from sale to service Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to customer value What Success Looks Like Successful Commercial Sales Representatives are disciplined prospectors, trusted relationship builders, and accountable territory managers.
