Yakima County is the fruit basket of Washington and offers a livelihood to many families with the abundance of its harvest. The harvest includes the nation's leading export of hops and exports apples, grapes, cherries, and asparagus. Yakima Valley is also home to many breweries, wineries, and cider houses. The abundance of agriculture contributes to the livelihood of our migrant farm workers, warehouse workers, transportation industry, food industry, and sustainability in farm-to-table programs, among others. We have an opportunity for a Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinician at our Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Clinic in Yakima, WA!

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine, with a focus on pediatric patients.
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday Friday, 7:30 am 7:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am 4:00 pm

Position Highlights:

• Base compensation $132k - $149k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15k Hiring Bonus

• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala
• $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
