This is a remote position. The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that applications and systems meet defined quality standards. It involves developing and executing detailed test scripts to validate functionality and performance. The role works closely with project teams to identify and resolve issues during the software lifecycle. It is responsible for maintaining documentation and driving process improvements in testing. Candidates with EPIC certification are highly desired and preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute test plans. • Analyze business processes and drive improvements in testing methodologies. • Document test results and manage defect resolution efforts. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on application testing. • Proficiency in test management tools and experience with standardized testing practices (ISTQB/CSV preferred). • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
