Project Management Analyst - 30001HII's Mission Technologies division is seeking a motivated Project Management Analyst to support existing IAC MAC, FEDSIM, and Seaport program managers. The selected candidate will support existing program and project managers executing Army, Air Force, Navy, and other DoD Agency projects at Crane. Also, will work directly with Crane Business Area Manager, Senior Program Managers, Project Managers, GOV Task Leads, and Requiring Activities. This is an onsite position located in Crane, Indiana.Compensation for this position will be based on a variety of factors, including the qualifications, education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. Final salary will be determined after consideration of all relevant factors in accordance with company policy.LEVEL 1 - $43,800 - $62,572LEVEL 2 - $54,693 - $78,133LEVEL 3 - $70,123 - $100,175Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.What we are looking for:LEVEL 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.LEVEL 2 - 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.LEVEL 3 - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.Experience utilizing IBM Cognos, CostPoint and Hyland On-Base programs for procurements, subcontracts, and invoicing as well as being able to informally teach others in its use. Knowledge and ability to manipulate and enter actuals data into Estimates of Completion (EAC) documents.
