What You'll Do Responsible for leading a team of 7-10 people while learning how to run a business. Lead and motivate your team during shifts. Deliver exceptional guest experiences. Keep operations running smoothly, from inventory to shift checklists. Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise. What We Need From You Leadership skills and a passion for building people up.
