Clean Room Machine Operator (Molder)

Location: North Minneapolis, MN

(Background and drug test are required)

Overview

The Clean Room II operator will manage injection and transfer molding presses and other machinery

to produce rubber parts that meet customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain molding equipment.

• Perform tasks related to inspection, washing, and packing parts.

• Follow established procedures and client specifications.

• Communicate effectively with team members.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills and math ability.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs.
