Generator Supercenter is looking for results-driven Lead Setters to actively seek out and engage with Costco and Lowe's customers inside our retail stores.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company.
- Research potential clients and generate leads.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs.
- Providing accurate information to schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients.
- Must be able to travel to different locations around Nashville and its surrounding areas.
- Thursday Sunday Only, Hours vary between 10 AM 8 PM
- Basic customer service skills. Being cordial is important.
- Must be tech savvy & familiar with using an iPad (Apple product).
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
- Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
