Director of Recruiting - Technology Consulting Location: Atlanta, GA | Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentive Industry: Technology Consulting & Outsourcing The Opportunity A growing technology consulting organization is seeking an accomplished Director of Recruiting to lead and elevate its technology talent acquisition function. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands that recruiting in technology consulting is fundamentally different from traditional corporate recruiting. Success requires speed, pipeline depth, recruiter accountability, strong partnership with business leaders, and the ability to consistently identify and deploy highly qualified technology consultants against active and emerging client demand. The Director will lead a team of six or more recruiters responsible for sourcing and recruiting technology professionals across a variety of skill sets for consulting and outsourced technology engagements. This leader will own recruiting performance, team development, sourcing strategy, pipeline health and delivery execution - while partnering closely with leadership to ensure recruiting capacity stays ahead of business demand. What You'll Lead Lead, coach and develop a team of 6+ technology recruiters. Drive recruiting execution against active client and consultant demand. Establish clear recruiter goals, expectations and performance metrics. Monitor recruiter productivity, pipeline activity, submissions, interviews, offers, hires and consultant starts. Build scalable sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find technology talent. Ensure recruiting pipelines remain aligned with current and anticipated client needs. Improve speed-to-submit, time-to-fill and overall recruiting effectiveness. Review pipeline quality and remove barriers that slow hiring or deployment. Create accountability while developing and retaining strong recruiters. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools and workflows. Evaluate recruiter capacity and help determine when additional recruiting resources are needed. Maintain high standards for candidate quality and candidate experience. Ensure consistent and accurate use of the ATS and recruiting technology. Develop recruiting dashboards and reporting that provide meaningful visibility into performance. Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, hiring forecasts and growth priorities. What We're Looking For Progressive recruiting or talent acquisition leadership experience. Experience directly managing and developing a team of recruiters. Demonstrated success leading teams of approximately 6 or more recruiting professionals. Significant technology recruiting experience. Experience recruiting technology consultants, contractors or other highly skilled technical professionals. Background in technology consulting, IT services, outsourcing, professional services, staffing or a similar talent-driven environment. Compensation This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation tied to recruiting and organizational performance.
