Detail-driven and experienced in pharmaceutical advertising, the Medical Editor will provide project-based support remotely, focusing on editing and proofreading promotional and medical materials for accuracy and compliance, with availability up to 30 hours per week as needed. Key responsibilities: Edit and proofread promotional and medical materials for accuracy, clarity, and compliance Annotate and reference source materials to support medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review Collaborate with copywriters, account teams, and med-reg-legal to ensure project progression Required qualifications: Background at a pharmaceutical advertising agency is required Strong hands-on experience with annotating and referencing is non-negotiable HCP experience preferred; D2C experience also welcome Sharp eye for detail and consistency under tight timelines Comfortable working independently on a project-by-project basis
