Our Quality Assurance team plays a critical role in ensuring Dexcom products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This team partners closely with Manufacturing, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement. As a Quality Assurance Analyst 2, you will contribute to maintaining product integrity, audit readiness, and operational excellence in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Where you come in:

• You will participate in internal and external quality system audits, including FDA and ISO audits, and support audit readiness activities.
• You will monitor and manage Material Review Board (MRB) inventory, ensuring proper control, segregation, and identification of nonconforming materials.
• You will process and maintain quality records, including nonconforming material reports (NCMRs), events, and related documentation.
• You will conduct audit walkthroughs to verify compliance and consistency across manufacturing and operational areas.
• You will perform cycle counts and support monthly inventory and finance observations.
• You will provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure adherence to quality processes and regulatory requirements.
• You will develop working knowledge of Dexcom products, processes, and services to support quality activities.
• You will collaborate with QA team members and cross-functional partners to implement process improvements.
• You will support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

• You have experience in a quality, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
• You have knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• You bring strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• You have experience working with inventory systems and/or ERP systems (preferred).
• You effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You communicate clearly with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• You work well both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• You have a strong customer service mindset and are skilled at resolving complex issues.

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Salary: $68,200.00 - $113,600.00
