Cybersecurity Advisor

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Security Advisor I will assess customer environments, provide security recommendations, and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards to enhance customer security posture. Key responsibilities Assess and align customers' Falcon environments with Falcon Complete standards Provide recommendations and remediation strategies to improve security for Falcon Complete customers Document and resolve customer-related issues while partnering with internal teams to ensure satisfaction Required qualifications 2+ years in a Cybersecurity-focused role Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2 Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems Knowledge of threat detection and incident response
