Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative changes promptly. Ensure adherence to sterile technique and OR safety protocols. Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets through effective workflow. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Document procedures, vitals, and perioperative events accurately in EMR. Demonstrate professionalism and provide excellent patient and family communication. Uphold regulatory standards and participate in ongoing professional development. Lead or participate in preoperative check-ins and post-operative debriefs. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and advocate for process changes. Maintain inventory and equipment readiness for procedures. Experience/Qualifications Current Nebraska RN license with valid BLS and ACLS certification. Proven OR nursing experience as travel or circulator RN in perioperative settings. Strong sterile technique and adherence to OR safety protocols. Ability to document perioperative care and vitals accurately in EMR. Demonstrated teamwork with multidisciplinary surgical teams. Excellent patient and family communication with professional demeanor. Capability to meet productivity targets and manage workload efficiently. Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and process changes. Commitment to ongoing professional development and regulatory compliance.
