NP / PA - Women's Health (Flexible Workweek | Outpatient | Benefits)

A premier private women's health clinic in Arcadia, California is seeking an experienced WHNP, FNP, or Physician Assistant for a flexible outpatient role spanning general gynecology, pelvic floor disorders, uro-gynecology, medical aesthetics, and functional medicine. This word-of-mouth practice has built its reputation entirely on individualized, high-quality care - and is looking for a provider who shares that standard and wants to grow within a specialty that offers genuine clinical variety and a loyal, appreciative patient base. Full-time, part-time, or per diem - the schedule is negotiable and can transition over time. Modern private practice, eClinicalWorks EMR, and MD supervision with the autonomy to practice independently within scope. Key Responsibilities Perform gynecological and pelvic floor disorder visits, well-woman exams, family planning, and pre-op and routine consults Conduct urodynamics and office-based aesthetic procedures Apply functional medicine principles to evaluate and address root causes of hormonal, metabolic, and chronic health concerns in women Perform routine health assessments and preventive medicine services Order and review medications, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated Make specialist referrals as needed and follow up on all results Complete comprehensive and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR Practice independently under MD supervision knowing when to escal Deliver aesthetic treatments and follow-up care within scope Qualifications Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license WHNP, FNP, or PA-C credential Current, unrestricted DEA certificate required Functional Medicine Certification (IFMCP or equivalent) required Minimum 3+ years OB-GYN and women's health experience in outpatient setting preferred Demonstrated functional medicine clinical experience required Comfortable practicing independently in a fast-paced private practice environment eClinicalWorks EMR experience strongly preferred Comfortable in a fully electronic clinical environment Schedule & Compensation $130,000-$160,000/year Full-time, part-time, or per diem - flexible and negotiable Five 8-hour shifts (full-time) | Flexible schedule Medical insurance | 401(k) with matching | PTO/sick days Immediate hire The application and hiring process for this position will be managed through NPHire, a nurse practitioner-focused job board connecting NPs with top opportunities nationwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr NPHire
