You'll oversee clinical operations across two outpatient locations, support and develop a dedicated care team, and help drive quality outcomes for a diverse patient population. While the role is primarily administrative and operational, occasional direct patient care may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations across two outpatient locations
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and clinical staff
• Coordinate vaccine programs and related clinical initiatives
• Manage clinic workflows and patient flow to promote operational efficiency
• Support staff training, development, and performance improvement efforts
• Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership to achieve clinical and operational goals
• Ensure a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the care continuum
• Utilize EMR systems to support workflow management and clinic operations
• Provide occasional direct patient care as needed
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $91,500-$108,000 annually

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in a primary care setting
• Experience training, coaching, and supporting clinical teams
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems and patient flow management
• Current BLS certification
• Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole are welcomed but not required
