About This Role The Med/Surg Float Pool RN is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining high healthcare standards. Highlights Pay: $32.29 - $62.57/Hourly Location: Dover, NH Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Sign on Bonus Available for Full time and Part time positions What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions. Uphold infection control measures to ensure a safe clinical environment. Respond efficiently and effectively to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
