Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Honolulu, HI (Onsite)

Pay: $22 to $23/hour

Experience: 1 year or more of experience in a related field is highly desired


Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience


Type: Full-time; Contract


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm


Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!


Job Description:

1. Assist with logistics coordination and transportation support
2. Prepare shipping and military shipment documentation
3. Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, MoveWare, and DPS
4. Professional phone and email communication
5. Ability to work with operations teams and service providers

Position Requirements:

1. Must be able to commute to the job location in Honolulu, HI
2. Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Freight
3. Knowledge of import rules and compliance for military moves
4. Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
5. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old
6. Works extremely well in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
7. Excellent customer service and communication skills
8. Strong time management and followthrough
9. Detailoriented and motivated
