Key Responsibilities

Instrument Operation & Maintenance

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain high-tech laboratory equipment to ensure accurate performance.

Result Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration

• Analyze and interpret laboratory data and work closely with healthcare providers to support effective patient care.

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.) through regular quality control and audit procedures.

Team Support & Mentorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification

• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).

• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and instrumentation
• Proficient in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
