Project Manager

This opportunity is for a Project Manager responsible for leading and coordinating deployment programs across multiple customer accounts. The role focuses on planning, execution, and delivery of technical implementations, including onboarding, system integrations, and rollout coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in a technical, cross-functional environment without direct coding responsibilities. Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation Base Salary: $113,000 - $159,000 per year Total Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 per year (includes base salary and potential performance bonus) Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, scope of responsibility, and performance expectations. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple customer accounts, including new site implementations, onboarding, and rollout coordination Build and manage detailed project plans that align customer goals, internal resources, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones Track and coordinate technology deployments with customers and partners on a global scale Drive structured kickoff, requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and go-live processes Coordinate efforts between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring prioritization and resolution of open issues and blockers Maintain clear project documentation, including status updates, risks, decisions, timelines, and scope changes Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customer leadership Partner with technical account managers, sales engineers, account managers, and engineering teams to support successful deployments Lead project retrospectives and continuously improve deployment processes, templates, and workflows Ensure consistent execution and high-quality outcomes across all project phases Qualifications 3-5 years of project management experience in a SaaS company, manufacturing technology company, or customer-facing technical environment Proven experience delivering complex projects on time Experience managing cross-functional programs involving customers and internal engineering and product teams Comfort working within technical environments, including integrations, connectivity, and data flows Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Experience managing stakeholder expectations and driving accountabilityExperience with project management methodologies such as Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches Experience using project management software tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting deployments in discrete manufacturing environments, including electronics manufacturing Experience coordinating integration work across systems such as APIs, data pipelines, or ERP/MES environments Experience developing repeatable rollout processes and onboarding playbooks Strong customer-facing presence and ability to lead meetings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with Smartsheet or similar platforms What You’ll Gain Opportunity to contribute to large-scale data and deployment initiatives impacting global manufacturing operations Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams focused on innovation and continuous improvement Hands-on experience in customer delivery leadership and technical program execution Opportunities for professional growth and development, including leadership pathways Equity participation aligning individual contributions with long-term company success Flexible remote-first work environment supporting productivity and work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
