Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results
• Deliver direct and consultative services to support students’ progress
• Document interventions, progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and provide input to educators and families
• Offer resources and guidance to teachers and parents for supporting carryover of skills in the classroom and home
