Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Forklift Operator to join our Shipping & Receiving team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
• Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper mechanical functioning.
• Support the implementation of warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Safety and quality focused.
• Must be dependable.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision required.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order picking, and materials handling.
• A minimum of 1 year or prior forklift experience required.
• Familiarity with forklifts is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
