Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team within the Multifamily CFO group. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in leading financial forecasting for quarterly forecast, annual stress testing, and scenario-based analysis. This individual will lead a group of analysts and oversee key reporting deliverables while driving insights into earnings performance and key business drivers. This role serves as a primary business contact for business requirements relevant to earnings forecasts, partnering closely with technology teams to enhance and maintain forecasting tools and ensure alignment with evolving business needs and GAAP financial accounting & reporting. The individual will partner across functional teams to support financial forecast, analytics, and performance reporting.
