We’re partnered with a well‑established, 3rd generation heavy civil contractor with over 80 years in business delivering complex infrastructure projects across New York City. They have decades of experience working on public works projects for major agencies, the firm specializes in design-build delivery for roadway, utility, and structural infrastructure.

Your New Role

As a Design-Build Project Manager , you will play a key leadership role in managing the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects—from early design coordination through construction and final closeout.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• P.E license required.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience working on design-build projects.
• Strong experience working with NYC agencies (MTA, NYCDDC, DOT, or similar)
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred)
• Experience reviewing and coordinating design documents (AutoCAD or similar tools a plus)
• Experience with value engineering and constructability analysis.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
