UNIQLO Human Resources Coordinator

Salary: $23.50 per hour. Location: Roseville, CA. Position Overview The Human Resources Coordinator reports to the Store Manager and the Regional HR Manager and provides full support for HR functions across UNIQLO stores. The role requires primary work in stores and occasional travel between locations. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive HR support for all store-level functions. Deliver training to store employees on HR processes, employment laws, recruiting, and related procedures. Partner with the Regional HR Manager on employee relations matters and staffing objectives. Process HR reports and administrative tasks related to recording, policy, and procedures. Serve as the liaison for employee relation inquiries, leaves of absence, paid time off, workers’ compensation, and other HR-related questions. Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and overall store-level HR support. Collaborate with store managers, HR, training, and payroll teams. Utilize recruiting tools to post open positions and execute talent acquisition strategies, including on‑site recruiting events and job fairs. Track employment documentation, conduct orientations, and notify relevant departments of new hire start dates. Resolve human resources issues promptly, partnering with HR as needed. Maintain visual and operational standards in the store, including fitting room standards and cashier duties when required. Ensure payroll integrity and accuracy of the payroll process. Uphold image and grooming standards that reflect the brand’s professional image. Support multiple store locations as required. Required Skills and Abilities Strong communication skills. Proficiency with ADP PayForce, Oracle, SuccessFactors, and Workday. Capability to stand for extended periods, read computer terminals, and lift or carry objects up to 10 pounds. Ability to maneuver effectively around sales floors and stockrooms, perform repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing. Schedule Requirements Must work a flexible schedule that includes nights, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs. Education and Experience Associate’s Degree in a related field or 1+ year(s) of related Human Resources or Administration experience.
