About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive leadership team. Candidates for the COO position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. The role requires a leader with a strong background in operations, financial acumen, and a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence and align stakeholders, and a demonstrated commitment to equity and cultural competence. Experience in change management, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the impact of systemic oppressions on mental health are also essential. The COO will be expected to be a key integrator across the organization, ensuring that all functions are coordinated to support the company's growth and sustainability.
