Growing maintenance and renovation company is currently seeking a professional highly motivated and driven individual to fill a position as Maintenance Tech. The individual would be responsible for providing maintenance for work orders received from customers/clients, turning rental units and getting them rent ready. Also working with REALTORS and investors to remodel homes on a regular basis. Monday - Friday.

We are looking for a strong candidate to bring a full range of skills to the table. Including troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, appliances, installing drywall, painting, framing and trim work and a wide variety of general skills.

The position will be responsible for completing calls in a timely and professional manor. Candidate should have strong customer service skills, be able to work as a team player, but be able to work independently, be dependable and honest and have a good clean driving and criminal record.

Position would entail:

• Finding creative solutions for problems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Perform Preventative maintenance items when detected
• Record detailed notes and photos on work orders such as parts, prices and time on job via online app.
• Repair and install items such as sinks, faucets, showers, light switches, toilets, locks, lights, doors, trim, cabinets, sheetrock, roofs repairs, windows, screens, etc.
• Special projects and other small and large renovation projects
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and company owned items
• Basic computer skills, ability to create a schedule and communicate via email and text
• Plumbing, Electrical, woodworking and basic maintenance skills are required
