In this role, you will help provide lifesaving blood products to local hospitals while creating a positive and supportive experience for donors throughout the donation process. What You’ll Do Perform blood collections and donor care procedures Ensure donor eligibility and maintain safety standards Provide excellent customer service throughout the donation process Accurately document donor information Support donor recruitment and scheduling efforts Assist with mobile blood drive operations as needed Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to serving the community What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible schedules Basic computer proficiency Valid driver’s license Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous customer service experience preferred CDL holders encouraged to apply Why LifeSouth?
