At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to lend their real-world clinical systems expertise to the next generation of healthcare AI.

Your hands-on knowledge of platforms like Epic and Cerner - how they're configured, where they break down, and how workflows actually function - is exactly what's needed to help AI systems reason more accurately about healthcare operations and digital clinical environments.

What You'll Do

Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows
Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world plausibility
Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in how AI describes system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting processes
Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models understand healthcare IT
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms - particularly Epic, Cerner, or similar systems
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
Ability to critically evaluate technical content and identify inaccuracies
Clear written communication skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in clinical informatics or healthcare IT consulting
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare systems (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.)
