REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
- Recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months: Required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze data pertinent to patients' health, diagnosing care issues and developing intervention plans.
- Implement care plans and evaluate patient progress towards health outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote a safe and healing environment.
- Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and their families regarding health information and care continuity.
