Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 3 years.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Rhode Island license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <25 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AMN Program - Brown University Health and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Brown University Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Required Credentials: Basic Medication Exam (BMAE) required. Preferred Credentials: Chemo certification preferred. Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam preferred. Unit Details: General pediatrics; respiratory compromise of all types, including chronic ventilation; heme/onc; post-op care (ortho, neurosurg, GI/GU); spinal fusions; eating disorders; diabetes. Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. No call.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
