As a lifelong Anderson resident, I’m passionate about serving my community and helping people protect what matters most. I began my career with State Farm in 2015 and take great pride in leading a high-performing, growth-minded team. I’m a proud graduate of Clemson University, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Studies. My roots here run deep — from captaining the tennis team at TL Hanna High School to now leading an agency that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Parker Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
