About the Role:

The Concrete Finisher must work efficiently and safely with a strong attention to detail to achieve smooth, even surfaces that meet project specifications and regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar construction role.
• Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in concrete finishing or related construction trades.
• Experience with underground utility installation and excavation.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction site safety protocols.
• Experience operating dump trucks and other heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools and heavy equipment to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Perform excavation, trenching, and demolition tasks as needed to prepare sites for concrete work.
• Coordinate with team members to manage underground utility installations and ensure safe work practices.
• Inspect finished surfaces for defects and apply necessary corrections to meet quality standards.
• Maintain and operate dump trucks and other machinery to transport materials to and from job sites.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to minimize risk on the job site.
