The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for: Serve as the primary HR partner to employees and managers across assigned regions, supporting employee relations for hourly, frontline, and operational populations within industrial or manufacturing environments. Lead hands‑on employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, corrective action, performance management, and advising leaders through terminations and other sensitive employment actions. Support M&A integration efforts including onboarding, benefits coordination, communication planning, and standardization of HR programs. Partner with safety leadership on training coordination, OSHA logs, and injury reporting requirements. Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations. Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including E‑Verify, HRIS data entry, orientations, exit interviews, and personnel file maintenance. Manage the HR support ticketing system, prepare reports, and identify trends or issues requiring escalation. The Senior HR Generalist should have the following qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist supporting industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse operations. Working knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, and HR administration. Highly organized, self‑directed professional with strong communication skills and a service‑oriented approach.
