Guest Services ConciergeWe are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Guest Services Concierge to join our team at Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a comprehensive nursing home located in Galloway, New Jersey. Our Guest Services Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients, and we are looking for someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for working with the senior population.Responsibilities:• Assist with serving meals and providing exceptional dining experiences for our patients• Answer calls from patients and their family members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner• Prepare rooms for new admissions, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment• Ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our patients, including providing assistance with daily tasks and activities• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and services to our patientsRequirements:• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing excellent service to patients and families• Previous experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation center is preferred, but not required• Ability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 9:00am-5:30pm• Bilingual skills are a plusWhat We Offer:We offer a competitive hourly rate between $18-$20.00 per hour and a pleasant working atmosphere.
