Maintenance Mechanic

Location: West Monroe, LA

Pay: $22/hour and up (based on experience)

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong math skills and analytical thinking
Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Adhere to standard work processes
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
Inspect, test, and operate machinery to identify and diagnose issues
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
Work independently or collaboratively within a team
