MDS Nurse

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family! We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required by State and Federal regulations. Qualifications: Valid Texas Nurse License. Valid CPR Certification. Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program. Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
