Located in the heart of Las Vegas, NV, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team and help us continue to delight our guests.

As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring the dining room is fully equipped.
• Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Providing friendly and attentive service to guests as needed.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings enthusiasm, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Key Responsibilities

·         Provide water/non-alcoholic beverage service including Bottled Water service to guests

o    To include beverage refills

·         Consistent bussing of tables with proper clearing of plates and glassware, re-setting tables, and maintain cleanliness of tables and floors

·         Knowledge of all stations, table numbers, and seat positions

·         Communicate effectively with servers, bartender, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.

·         Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets Zenshin’s standards

·         Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure seamless dining experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·         Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form

·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·         Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·         A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.

·         Hotel policies, no facial hair, no visible tattoos or piercings, natural occurring hair color, and no long hair (for males).
