This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warranty claims, automotive operations, dealer services, repair order review, business analysis, or administrative support. Key Responsibilities Review dealer parts and labor rate submissions for compliance with warranty policies and state regulations. Analyze warranty data, dealer submissions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Communicate directly with dealerships to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies. Prepare reports, dashboards, and comparative analyses for district and state-level review. Track and maintain warranty submissions, labor rates, and operational records. Generate weekly status reports and provide updates to stakeholders. Support warranty dispute resolution and process improvement initiatives. Lead submission review meetings and collaborate with internal teams on operational projects. Perform data analysis using dealer management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. Automotive industry, dealership, warranty, or repair order experience preferred. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Advanced attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Why Join Us?
