Locums | Family/Primary Care NP | La Grande, OR (OR license required) Why This Role
- No call — clinic-only, Monday-Thursday
- Four-day work week
- Manageable volume: 10-15 patients/day
- 1:1 clinical support staff per provider
- Defined assignment (Sept-Dec 2026) with potential for future dates Assignment Details
- Dates: September 1 - December 1, 2026 (potential future availability)
- Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 8am-6pm, full-time 40 hours/week, no call
- Volume: 10-15 patients/day, all ages
- Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic (Regional Medical Clinic)
- Location: 506 4th St, La Grande, OR
- EMR: Epic (must be proficient)
- Support: 1:1 clinical support staff per provider Clinical Details
- Family/primary care: full assessment, diagnosis, and management across all ages
- In-clinic procedures may include skin tag/lesion removal, wound care, I&D, joint injections, splinting, and similar (per granted privileges) Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner with prior experience — new grads not accepted; must work independently
- Active Oregon license (required; candidates without an active OR license cannot be considered due to timeline)
- DEA
- BLS or ACLS Compensation
- Rate negotiable, open to your number
- Malpractice provided
- Travel and lodging reimbursed
