We are seeking an outgoing and friendly individual for a part-time Membership Manager & Group Fitness Instructor to join our F45 family! The ideal candidate is an energetic, responsible, personable person interested in both membership sales and training responsibilities with the ability to connect with our members and inspire change!

Our F45 studio is in South Lisle and part of the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world and it’s because of our great product and our great staff!

F45 is all about making our members feel part of our family and it is our job to make sure our members feel supported, encouraged, and motivated from their first interaction as a potential member throughout every workout.

Membership Manager Requirements:

·       1-year minimum experience in sales

• Hit Sales Goals (Fitness Memberships)
• Membership renewals
• Work as a team in keeping the studio presentable

Membership Manager Responsibilities:

As a Membership Manger you will partner with our Studio Manager / Lead Trainer to:

·       Manage leads through products such as Mindbody, Loud Rumor and Loyalsnap

·       Contact & qualify leads

·       Encourage leads to visit the studio

·       Meet leads at the studio

·       Introduce F45, how it works and why it’s a superior product

·       Provide options for trial and/or membership

·       Remain engaged with all trial members throughout the trail

·       Be present in studio to convert trials to members

·       Engage with members to renew

Trainer Requirements:

·       1-year minimum experience as group fitness instructor

·       Current CPR/AED certification is required

·       Group or Personal Trainer Certification - ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA certification, etc.

Trainer Responsibilities:

As a trainer, you will be responsible for:

·  Leading F45 High Intensity Interval Group Training Classes

·  Delivering instruction in the F45 Terminology

·  Ensuring members are using correct form at all times

·  Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment

·  Attending to any injuries suffered by staff or clients

·  Completing client fitness appraisals

·  Welcoming members by name

·  Ensuring the studio is impeccable at all times

F45 TRAINING SOUTH LISLE

Job Type: Part-time

Pay:      $1,000/month guaranteed Membership Manager salary

$50/membership contract that remains in place for 2 months

$25+/training class as a trainer
