About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Cedar Lake Wellness & Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses
• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans with patients and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of patient rights and advocate for their needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
