We bring together strategy, creativity, and technology to help our clients grow and achieve meaningful results.OverviewThe Account Coordinator at Red Shark Digital is a key member of our team, working directly with clients to understand their business goals and help develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies. This role also collaborates closely with internal teams to keep projects aligned with client needs, priorities, and expectations.The Account Coordinator should have a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies, along with the ability to communicate those ideas clearly and confidently to clients. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, setting clear expectations, helping clients understand the services Red Shark Digital provides and the value they deliver, and contributing to overall client satisfaction.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in digital marketing. They should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team while managing multiple clients, projects, priorities, and deadlines. Success in this role means keeping projects organized and moving forward, ensuring teams have clear priorities, and delivering accurate work that meets client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client projects, timelines, deliverables, and workflows from start to finish.Review new deals, client scopes, and agreements and turn them into clear tasks and project workflows for the production team.Prioritize work, update project timelines, and keep projects moving toward deadlines.Coordinate with sales, account, and production teams to keep priorities, deadlines, and client needs aligned.Track marketing deliverables, tasks, and dependencies in Monday.com to ensure work stays on schedule and within scope.Follow up on outstanding tasks and identify potential delays, gaps, or missing information before they become problems.Review deliverables for accuracy and ensure work meets client expectations before it is sent to the client.What Were Looking For12 years of account management or project management experience preferredBachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experienceExperience working with clients or managing client relationshipsFamiliarity with digital marketing tactics and strategiesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and stay on top of responsibilities independentlyCompensation and Benefits$40,000$52,000 salary, based on experience and qualificationsPrimarily remote role with occasional in-office or client-site workHealth, dental, and vision insurance contributionPaid time off (PTO) + Annual Mental Health Days12 days in Year 1, with 1 additional day added each year4 mental health days per year with one day available each quarterRebel Fitness Gym Membership - BoxingGreenville Museum of Art MembershipHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a short note that includes:Your experience with digital marketing and account managementWhy you are interested in the role and what makes you a good fitLet us know your favorite type of shark!
