$20 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections of roofs to identify necessary repairs and maintenance needs.
• Execute roof repairs and installations with precision, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair processes and answer any questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Document completed work and report any issues or additional needs to the project manager.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new roofing technologies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential and commercial roofing, with a focus on repairs and installations.
• Ability to perform detailed roof inspections and identify maintenance needs accurately.
• Proven track record of executing high-quality roof repairs and installations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain repair processes to clients.
