Our organization, a prominent urology group located in a well-equipped suburban practice in Waterbury, Connecticut, is experiencing significant growth and is looking to welcome an additional urologist to our team. This presents a fantastic chance to become part of a highly esteemed and collaborative practice focused on providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

Founded in 1932, this well-established and busy group is among the largest urology practices in the area. Currently, the team consists of two urologists and three Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) who collectively offer a wide array of urologic services to a diverse patient demographic.

In addition to core clinical services, our practice is actively involved in clinical research through its partnership with the Connecticut Clinical Research Center. We are also the founding practice of the Connecticut Center for Continence, which has gained national recognition for its innovative methods in the education, diagnosis, and treatment of incontinence, utilizing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.

The incoming physician will enjoy immediate patient volume, supported by a robust and well-established referral network, along with an actively engaged medical staff. This role provides a balanced combination of office-based care and surgical practice, with access to one of three robotic surgical systems available in the community and an active ambulatory surgery center (ASC).
