Position: Neuroradiologist The Department of Neuroradiology at the West Virginia University Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute seeks a Neuroradiologist (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will practice in Morgantown, WV. Duties Provide excellent patient care. Actively teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications MD, DO, or foreign equivalent and eligibility for West Virginia state medical licensure. Completed radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship. ABR eligibility/certified and Neuroradiology CAQ eligible/certified. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Department Overview The WVU Neuroradiology Department is an innovative initiative and one of the first in the country. It integrates neurological care, research, and education under the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute. The department offers advanced neuroimaging services that support clinical and academic neurosciences, manages a large magnetic resonance imaging operation, and provides consultation services to the entire health system. An imaging analytics and informatics division leads AI and federated research initiatives, aiming to transform multicenter research collaboration, clinical trials, and big‑data patient care improvement. The department houses a nationally recognized Neurointerventional program and runs two accredited fellowship programs: diagnostic neuroradiology (ACGME) and endovascular neurosurgery (CAST).
