The Operations Systems Lead - Fleet will report to the Manager of Fleet and will serve as a key operational support partner responsible for reporting coordination, systems administration, process execution, and operational follow-through across the fleet department. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and systems-minded, with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. Responsibilities Support daily fleet operations through coordination of reporting, system updates, operational tracking, and administrative processes. Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures to improve operational controls, document, and automate processes. Maintain and distribute recurring operational reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Manage shared inboxes, system requests, and operational inquiries while ensuring timely and professional communication. Distribute recurring operational reports, maintain tracking records, and follow up on missing information. Support department projects, reporting requests, process initiatives, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, systems support, administrative operations, with demonstrated success in driving efficiencies and strong communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and large dataset organization. Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to relay clear expectations. Professional communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Organized with strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving operational needs. Self-motivated with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities. Positive, team-focused attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
