Requisitos Clave:

  • Debe tener experiencia como maquinista CNC.
  • Familiaridad con controles FANUC, preferida pero no requerida.
  • Experiencia con tornos y fresadoras, preferida pero no requerida.
  • Debe entender la diferencia entre los distintos tipos de insertos de torneado (CNMG, VNMG, DNMG, etc.) y cuáles son sus funciones.
  • Debe comprender que las velocidades de avance y las velocidades del husillo varían según el tipo de material.
  • Capaz de configurar cualquiera de las máquinas para un trabajo específico con mínima asistencia.
  • Configurar, programar y operar máquinas CNC (fresadoras y tornos).
  • Monitorear los procesos de maquinado para asegurar que las piezas cumplan con los estándares de calidad y tolerancias.
  • Realizar ajustes, offsets y cambios de herramientas según sea necesario.
  • Realizar inspecciones y verificar la precisión de las piezas utilizando instrumentos de medición de precisión.
  • Mantener un área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura en todo momento.
  • Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de producción para cumplir con los horarios y objetivos de calidad.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de maquinado de manera eficiente.

Turnos:

  • Lunes a Viernes, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Requirements:

  • Must have CNC machinist experience.
  • Familiar with FANUC control, preferred but not required.
  • Lathe and mill experience preferred but not required.
  • Must understand the difference between different types of turning inserts (CNMG, VNMG, DNMG, etc.) and what their functions are.
  • Must understand that feed rates and spindle speeds differ for different types of materials.
  • Can set up either machine for a specific job with minimal assistance.
  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes).
  • Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
  • Perform adjustments, offsets, and tool changes as required.
  • Conduct inspections and verify part accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet schedules and quality objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues efficiently.


Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Overtime Opportunity!
