Remote Program Supervisor - Lifeline Crisis Support

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the Wisconsin Lifeline (988) program. You will supervise Lifeline Counselors, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high-quality, person-centered crisis services in a remote setting.

You will report to the Program Manager, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold trauma-informed practices. The role emphasizes staff development, quality improvement, and community collaboration.
