Pay: $60K–$90K Salary + Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Experience Required: 3+ Years Automotive Management or Service Leadership

Lead & Develop Your Team
- Hire, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians
- Foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment

Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Manage daily shop workflow, scheduling, and staffing
- Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Resolve concerns quickly and maintain customer satisfaction
- Uphold a reputation for trust, transparency, and reliability
Drive Sales & Performance
- Monitor KPIs and shop metrics
- Achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Optimize service opportunities while maintaining integrity
Be a Community Leader
- Represent AutoStream Car Care Center in Columbia, MD
- Build partnerships and enhance the store’s local presence

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of automotive management or service leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with shop management software and operational reporting
- Ability to manage budgets, workflow, and performance metrics
