Fabrication Operator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

HireCal l is seeking experienced Fabrication Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Tulsa, OK.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, climate-controlled production environment where precision sheet metal components are manufactured. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with fabrication experience who are comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.

As a Fabrication Operator, you will be responsible for finishing and preparing metal parts after the laser cutting process using a variety of fabrication equipment including saws, drills, mills, taps, grinders, sanders, and deburring tools. Candidates with Press Brake and metal forming experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipment
• Utilize saws, drills, mills, taps, grinders, sanders, and deburring equipment to finish parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Accurately measure parts using precision measuring tools
• Move completed parts to the next stage of production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fabrication or metal manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with metal fabrication processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency using measuring instruments including:
  • Calipers
  • Height Gauges
  • Tape Measures
  • Squares
  • Angle Finders
• Knowledge of basic shop math
• Experience operating industrial machinery and equipment
• Press Brake and metal forming experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed throughout the shift
