Granola Processing Technician – Lead Track Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 / hour
• Full Time and Part Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am )

• Batch and stage ingredients for production
• Operate ovens and other technical equipment
• Monitor production output and finished poundage
• Perform quality checks and take machine readings
• Maintain proper inventory levels and documentation
• Sanitize equipment and tools
• Support team workflow and help guide less experienced team members
• Communicate production updates and escalate issues as needed

Granola Processing Technician – Lead Track Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience (shift lead, closer, supervisor, or similar) preferred 
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and twist up to 65 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Ability to adjust priorities and support production goals
• Maintain legible and accurate records/paperwork
• Punctual, reliable, with a solid attendance record
• Strong reading comprehension, writing skills, and basic math

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
